Mr. Resing has over 21 years’ experience designing, developing and delivering internet based business solutions. §  FBI Domestic Security Alliance Council – Lead Architect, Developer and Engineer updating two web applications. A content management system for a public website, http://www.dsac.org and a collaborative extranet with custom user management services. Upgraded code and content for both to SharePoint Server 2010.

§  Discover Point – Designed and lead SharePoint development of custom SharePoint web parts for expertise discovery and knowledge management through social networking.

§  HarmonieWeb – Architected SharePoint Collaboration Site for the Multinational Logistics Coordination Center sponsored by USEUCOM J4; Created SharePoint Solution for Shipping Incident Logistics Management. Developed custom event handling for translation of Military Grid Reference System Coordinates to Latitude and Longitude and custom web part for display of SharePoint List Items on a Map

§  CGI Federal---Architected SharePoint Migration Solution for transfer of data across Active Directory Forests. Researched and prototyped file ownership transfer from accounts in the legacy forest to the new forest. CGI Federal was acquired and needed a seamless transition from the legacy SharePoint Portal Server 2003 implementation to a new Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 implementation on the new parent company’s network. Existing tools did not meet all requirements.

§  US Army North—Gathered requirements, architected solutions and prototyped a new Command Portal to allow improved efficiency and value from operational processes. Designed and implemented 3 phase development, staging and production server farms in a virtual environment. Connected 2D Google Earth Enterprise Server data to SharePoint lists for Geospatial Visualization  Configured Business Data Catalog to connect lists to geographical data from an open source data source. Trained portal maintenance and support personnel on SharePoint Installation, Configuration, Development, Design, Use and Governance.

§  USAA— Lead technical resource, consultant and trainer during the design, development, and deployment of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007. Areas of concentration and success were branding, personalization, search, authoring, publishing, reporting, configuring and administration of SharePoint.
